“My perspective, it was a lot of fun. I did a little dancing,” Mahomes, 30, recalled.
The quarterback added, “I didn’t know if I was gonna be able to dance, and it was good to get my first dancing experience of the offseason.”
The Kansas City Chiefs player (pictured here with Swift at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards) said marrying Swift was more than I could have ever dreamed it to be.
Kelce (seen here with Swift) said the wedding was amazing “because of all the people that showed up, and the amount of love that was in the air.
Kelce married Swift, also 36, on July 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Over 1,000 guests were present, from Kelce’s teammates and coach, Andy Reid, to Swift’s celebrity pals including Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Lena Dunham, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, Zoë Kravitz and Mariska Hargitay.
An eyewitness exclusively told Page Six that multiple camera crews captured the event.
“They had camera people running around, so I have to imagine, at some point she’s gonna release something,” the insider said. “I hope she makes a Netflix special or something, because there’s no way I can describe it to you. It felt like you were at a movie set.”

Kelce broke his silence on the wedding at a Chiefs training camp press conference on Aug. 12, where he publicly called Swift his “wife” for the first time.
“I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us. That’s about all I really got from that night. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration,” he said.
The athlete gave more details about the wedding on the Sept. 2 season premiere of his and brother Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast.
“Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up, from the vows to just seeing everyone, to how much fun we had throughout the entire evening and hearing that kind of be relayed through everybody’s stories of the night,” Kelce shared.
