👀🔥FRANCE BOAT SHOCKER! Ferran Torres and Sydney Sweeney Caught in INTIMATE Moments on the Water — One Steamy Encounter Has Fans Questioning EVERYTHING About Their Connection!

A viral celebrity rumor has sent social media into a frenzy, with claims that football star Ferran Torres and Hollywood actress Sydney Sweeney were photographed sharing an intimate moment aboard a luxury yacht in France. But there is one major problem: the pictures do not show what viral posts claim they show.

The alleged encounter has attracted attention from football fans and entertainment followers alike. With Torres known for his football career and Sweeney recognized for her work in Hollywood, speculation about the two celebrities quickly spread across social media.

Yet a closer look at the photographs reveals a very different story.

The images circulating online show Sweeney wearing a pink bikini and sitting close to a man aboard a yacht. Some social media posts claimed the man was Torres and suggested that the pair had been spotted together in Marseille, France.

The images quickly fueled speculation about a possible romance, with some users treating the alleged encounter as breaking celebrity news.

However, a fact-check published by The Tab on August 17, 2026, identified the man in the photographs as Jonathan Davino, Sweeney’s former partner—not Ferran Torres. The pictures were traced to a trip the pair took to Capri, Italy, in 2021.

Davino, a Chicago businessman, was romantically linked to Sweeney beginning in 2018. Their relationship remained relatively private, although they were photographed together on several occasions and became engaged in 2022.

According to People, the pair eventually ended their engagement in 2025.

The historical photographs from Capri were subsequently recirculated online with a new claim about Torres. The resemblance of the setting and the apparent closeness between Sweeney and the man beside her helped the story gain traction, but the identity of the man was misrepresented.

The rumor appears to have gained momentum through social media posts presenting the old yacht photographs as a recent sighting in France. Once the images began spreading, users started discussing the possibility of an unexpected relationship between the footballer and the actress.

But viral attention is not the same as verification.

There is no reliable evidence in the cited reporting that the photographs show Torres with Sweeney, and the images cannot be used as proof that the two are dating or shared an intimate encounter.

Neither should their professional backgrounds or public profiles be treated as evidence of a private relationship.

The episode is a reminder of how quickly old celebrity photographs can circulate with misleading captions. A genuine photograph can still tell a false story when its date, location, or the identity of someone pictured is incorrectly described.

In this case, the available fact-checking points to a 2021 trip to Capri and identifies Davino as the man beside Sweeney—not Torres.

For fans hoping for confirmation of a surprising new celebrity romance, the evidence does not support that conclusion.
