**JUST IN: Trump Heads to Kentucky Amid Tensions With Rep. Thomas Massie**
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Reports circulating Thursday claim that Donald J. Trump has departed Washington aboard Air Force One and is traveling to Kentucky amid rising tensions with Republican Congressman Thomas Massie.
According to several political insiders and social media posts, the trip is linked to disagreements surrounding the handling and public discussion of documents connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein. However, as of this writing, no official statement from the White House or Trump’s campaign has confirmed that the trip is specifically related to the Epstein files or to Rep. Massie.
Massie, who represents Kentucky’s 4th congressional district, has recently drawn attention for his outspoken views on transparency and government disclosures. Supporters say he has pushed for greater public access to sensitive records, while critics argue his comments have stirred controversy within Republican circles.
Sources close to the situation say Trump plans to meet with local political figures and party leaders while in Kentucky, though the exact purpose of the visit remains unclear. Political analysts note that tensions between prominent figures in the party have been escalating in recent weeks, particularly over how sensitive investigations and records should be handled.
Neither Trump nor Massie has publicly commented on the reports.
This is a developing story and updates are expected as more details emerge.
