Chelsea have reportedly reached a full agreement to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa in one of the biggest transfers of the summer. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has given his famous “Here We Go”, confirming that the deal is effectively complete pending the player’s medical.
