Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker just made it plain. He said, “There is something genuinely wrong with this man, and the 25th Amendment ought to be invoked.”
That is not hand wringing. That is a governor looking at a president’s behavior and saying the danger is right in front of us. Pritzker’s message is that the people around Trump have a constitutional duty to act before this gets worse.
This comes as Trump keeps unraveling in real time, plunging to new lows with open threats to destroy Iran’s civilian infrastructure while the world watches.
On Easter, instead of any show of restraint or leadership, he skipped services entirely, drifted around Washington, played golf, and posted like a man detached from reality.
He compared himself to Moses, elevating his own ego while lives are at stake and tensions escalate abroad.
Meanwhile, the consequences of his illegal war are spreading fast, hitting families, allies, and stability at home and overseas. This is not random chaos. It is a pattern of reckless behavior stacking crisis on top of crisis, with no accountability and no pause. The country is being forced to absorb the fallout while he leans further into delusion, acting as if power shields him from consequences.
Pritzker is not saying this in a vacuum. And Trump’s cabinet should listen, or everything Trump does now is 100% on them.
