EXCLUSIVE: Rep. Thomas Massie tells MeidasTouch that Attorney General Pam Bondi could face prosecution if she fails to follow the law on releasing the Epstein files.
Massie says Congress has already “literally passed a law” requiring disclosure, and warned that a future attorney general could pursue charges if Bondi doesn’t comply. He also pushed back on DOJ claims the releases are finished, saying “they’re not really done.”
Massie’s message was blunt: Bondi should simply follow the law.
