Jarosław Kaczyński chce powołania nowej komisji! “Całkowicie apolityczna”
Jarosław Kaczyński zapowiedział złożenie projektu ustawy powołującej nową Komisję Zaufania Publicznego, która – jak podkreślił – miałaby być „całkowicie apolityczna”. Inicjatywa jest odpowiedzią na medialne doniesienia o nieprawidłowościach w warszawskim Szpital Południowy i innych placówkach ochrony zdrowia.
Według przedstawionych założeń:
komisja nie byłaby komisją śledczą ani organem złożonym z polityków,
jej członkami mieliby zostać eksperci zgłoszeni przez organizacje medyczne oraz prawnicy,
otrzymałaby szerokie uprawnienia do analizy dokumentacji i badania zgłaszanych nieprawidłowości w ochronie zdrowia.
Projekt ustawy ma zostać skierowany do Sejmu. Zapowiedź wywołała reakcje polityczne – część przedstawicieli rządu i opozycji popiera wyjaśnienie sprawy, ale pojawiają się także głosy kwestionujące potrzebę tworzenia nowego organu zamiast korzystania z istniejących instytucji państwowych.
