On February 9, 2026, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) reviewed unredacted Epstein files at the DOJ. They found at least six names of men described as “likely incriminated” that had been blacked out without legal justification – including a high-ranking foreign government official.

Massie threatened to use the House’s speech and debate clause to read the names himself. That evening, the DOJ quietly unredacted 16 additional names, including Les Wexner, the former CEO of Victoria’s Secret’s parent company, whom the FBI had listed as a suspected co-conspirator.

Massie named Leon Black, Jes Staley, and Les Wexner on the House floor, demanding investigations. He pointed out that the UK arrested a former prince and ambassador, and Norway charged a former prime minister – while the US had produced zero arrests and zero investigations.
