Według komunikatu policji i prokuratury zatrzymany 36-letni obywatel Ukrainy usłyszał zarzuty w związku z groźbami kierowanymi pod adresem prezydenta Karol Nawrocki.
Śledczy przekazali, że:
mężczyzna został zatrzymany przez policjantów z Zielonej Góry po ujawnieniu w internecie nagrania, na którym miały paść groźby pozbawienia życia prezydenta;
usłyszał zarzuty z art. 226 i art. 190 Kodeksu karnego, dotyczące znieważenia konstytucyjnego organu RP oraz gróźb karalnych;
prokuratura wystąpiła o zastosowanie tymczasowego aresztowania, argumentując to obawą ucieczki lub utrudniania postępowania.
Sprawa jest na etapie postępowania przygotowawczego. O winie lub niewinności zatrzymanego zdecyduje dopiero sąd.
