Tragedia na wieży widokowej. Nie żyje cała rodzina
W miejscowości Torfhaus w niemieckiej Dolnej Saksonii doszło do tragicznego zdarzenia. Z najwyższej w Niemczech, 65-metrowej wieży widokowej Harzturm spadła trzyosobowa rodzina – dwoje dorosłych i dziecko. Wszyscy zginęli na miejscu.
Na miejsce skierowano liczne siły policji, straży pożarnej i pogotowia. Teren został zabezpieczony, a śledczy rozpoczęli dochodzenie. Według dotychczasowych ustaleń policja nie znalazła dowodów na udział osób trzecich. Okoliczności tragedii są nadal wyjaśniane.
Wieża Harzturm została otwarta w 2023 roku i jest jedną z najpopularniejszych atrakcji turystycznych regionu Harz. Obiekt posiada platformy widokowe, przeszklony „skywalk” oraz zjeżdżalnię.
