Tragiczny wypadek w gminie Troszyn. Zderzenie auta z pociągiem, nie żyje jedna osoba
Do tragicznego wypadku doszło w sobotę, 11 lipca, około godziny 19:00 na niestrzeżonym przejeździe kolejowym w miejscowości Grucele (gmina Troszyn, powiat ostrołęcki). Samochód osobowy marki Volkswagen Bora zderzył się z lokomotywą pociągu towarowego.
Według służb kierowca samochodu poniósł śmierć na miejscu. W lokomotywie znajdował się wyłącznie maszynista, który nie odniósł obrażeń. Siła uderzenia była bardzo duża – pojazd został odrzucony poza torowisko i zatrzymał się na pobliskim polu.
Na miejscu pracowały zastępy straży pożarnej, policja oraz inne służby ratunkowe. Droga w rejonie przejazdu została zablokowana, a ruch kolejowy czasowo wstrzymano. Policja i prokuratura prowadzą czynności mające ustalić dokładne okoliczności tragedii.
